SATA Air Açores readjusts air operations

SATA Air Açores, the airline responsible for inter-island connections in the Azores Archipelago, will be making occasional adjustments to its flight schedule from July 17 to July 23. These changes are due to a significant increase in demand and global supply chain challenges affecting the availability of aeronautical materials, resulting in the delay of the return to service of one Bombardier Q400 aircraft.

During this period, flights will be operated using an Azores Airlines A320 family aircraft, allowing for optimal resource allocation.

Passengers with bookings affected by these schedule changes are being notified directly. Rebooking has been arranged to ensure travel on the same day, with departure times as close as possible to the originally scheduled flights.

SATA Air Açores apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause to customers.
